Immersive workshops in a tradeshow context

Context
Informa EPC organizes every year the only Italian conference on safety in the workplace. An opportunity to share materials, tools and know-how as well as to explore new ways to communicate specific norms.

Process
Informa asked us to design a few activities to provide participants with insights and information about different ways to communicate specific topics related to safety, exploring its potential and possibilities.

Solution
We led six 45 minutes’ sessions in the center of the tradeshow area, allowing participants to go through some moments of practice and sharing through collaborative application of what they just learned. The outcomes of each session have been shared in a graphic synthesis and printed in a postcard’s format.
