Context
Casa della Carità has been supporting people in need in the area of Milan for many years and its activities mainly rely on private, voluntary donations. For this reason, Casa della Carità needs to explain its mission, inviting people to donate and, at the same time, clearly support and describe how donations are employed.

Process
We worked together with Casa della Carità to define the most important topics and numbers related to communications, donations and the organization’s various activities. We then analyzed the work spaces and dynamics, giving life to the idea of a story where people who work there are the main characters, positive and active, of the final product.

Solution
We realized a video and a synthesis document that sees people at the center, both from the point of view of the stage presence and the story. The key numbers of Casa della Carità are in fact told through the voices of the people who live there every day and the activities that see them as protagonists, in a general atmosphere of spontaneity with a touch of magic and imagination, essential when looking to the future.
