Context
In 2020 a group of young people from Rovereto gave life to the first edition of the Sustainable Development Festival in their city. With the aim of stimulating public debate and promoting virtuous practices, involving a network of associations and organizations, they organized a day of meetings, seminars and workshops to talk about the 2030 Agenda. For the 2021 edition there was the desire to create a recognizable identity, allowing the festival to communicate its purpose in a credible and original way.

Process
In addition to creating an effective visual identity, they needed to convey the project’s sense of plurality, the youthfulness of the people involved and the urgency to create a sustainable development through tangible actions. We therefore designed the identity of the festival and supported the young team in the months of preparation by defining together agendas and communication strategies, digital and otherwise.

Solution
Starting from the definition of the name, Moltiplicazioni (EN: Multiplications), we designed the logo and the communication guidelines (social media, newsletter…), adapting them on various supports: the program, the location’s setup, urban billboards, merchandising. We curated every aspect of the 2021 edition, with the aim of creating a recognizable visual communication for years to come.
