An illustrated behavioral pact

Context
Confindustria Udine is the point of reference for the industry and its related activities, in close relationship with the territory. The organization needed to define its new behavioral pact, translating its core values into daily actions. The desire is to grow and develop a collaboration model that favors horizontal communication, a sense of community and proactivity.

Process
Our friends at Dof Consulting have outlined a long journey to define the behavioral pact and its contents. They involved us to design and create a paper product that illustrated the behavioral pact in a creative and elegant way: the need was in fact to have an eye-catching, concise and clear document to be distributed within the organisation.

Solution
We have designed a small booklet that illustrates all the key aspects of the pact. Each page has been enriched by various characters who show what the values, daily actions and good standards of Confindustria are. Seven postcards were then extrapolated from this product and finally a custom packaging was created to give depth and embellish the final product.
