EC&C Days – Art-ER

Context
European Culture & Creativity Days is a two-day event that took place in Bologna (Italy), hosted by Art-ER and EIT Culture & Creativity Knowledge and Innovation. The aim of the event was to promote a better understanding of new technologies, as well as “outstanding human competencies” and how they can be promoted to unleash creativity, boost culture and provide future economic wellbeing.

Process
Our role was designing captivating physical items inspired by EC&C graphic elements, while helping the attendees to better understand the topics discussed at the plenary conferences and talks through graphic facilitation.

Solution
Based on the content given by the client, we designed a whole selection of cardboard boxes mixing gradients and keywords from the EC&C identity, creating an immersive scenography which served as an outstanding background for the plenary talks. Live digital graphic facilitation mirrored to a giant display has been used as a tool to further give a memorable look & feel to the event.
