Rebranding for an artisanal kombucha laboratory

Context
Frui Lab is an artisanal kombucha laboratory based in Bologna, which has the objective to propose a different but still natural nourishment and support the concept of community through free and artisanal work. We helped Frui Lab redefine the logo and design new labels for its line of kombucha and kefir cola.

Process
We started with the logo focusing on representing the values and process of making kombucha, while keeping the design simple and fun. Once the logo was finished, we started designing the labels, adapting them to a new bottle size and imagining them as part of a series of kombucha with different flavors.

Solution
The logo is now clean and easily recognizable, incorporating the distinctive elements of kombucha and its production process. The combination of the bottles with the new labels creates a cheerful and attractive effect, capturing the user’s curiosity to try this refreshing drink. Each kombucha variety is distinguished by its color and elements that describe the taste, giving way for future variations.
