Illustrated informative reports

Context
The Hera Group – a multi-utility providing environmental, water and energy services – asked us to re-think four customer reports on the management of the water network, on waste services, on the value of energy and on services available to customers.

Process
Starting from a documentation rich in graphics and information, we began to tell a visual story combining the four documents and at the same time make the content user-friendly. We developed copy and then built a layout rich in infographics, maps, icons and illustrations to guide users in their learning journey.

Solution
Four reports with a coordinated identity which deal with complex issues in a simple and user-friendly format, including all relevant information and analysis. The reports were then adapted for other companies in the group.
