Facilitating social cooperation
Context
Arca di Noè is a social cooperative in Granarolo dell’Emilia, on the outskirts of Bologna (Italy), which offers innovative responses to the needs of the communities and territories in which it operates. During the year we started a collaboration for a series of information contents on two fundamental topics: housing and health services.
Process
Thanks to the cooperative’s experts and Italian teachers, we started from texts written in simplified Italian, designed to easily navigate health services on the one hand, and promote housing inclusion on the other. We have identified a narrative style characterized by clear and immediate illustrations, which have accompanied us in the creation of both campaigns.
Solution
Two campaigns, Pillole di Salute (health services) and Casa: istruzioni per l’uso (housing) designed with the aim of providing useful tools and supporting people of foreign origin who approach the Italian language. Each campaign is made up of several video pills, each tackling a specific theme, from the rental contracts to the functioning of the Italian health card. Pillole di Salute has also been translated into Ukrainian, Arabic, English, French and Urdu.
