How does the world of work contribute to peace?

Context
The International Labour Organization (ILO) asked us to collaborate on an introduction to how decent work can contribute to sustaining peace, focusing on the key role of the employers and workers organizations through social dialogue.

Process
We helped ILO better frame the script, and then started working on a storyboard for the video. Once the main illustrative and wording details were approved by all involved, we then moved to production.

Solution
A video that reflects upon some of the key challenges and opportunities in addressing the Humanitarian – Development – Peace nexus through employment and decent work, presented at the 2021 Geneva Peace Week.
