Transforming a conference into an experience

Context
Resource Alliance runs the IFC (International Fundraising Conference) every year, a conference to gather small and big NGOs to share and learn from each other about fundraising. The conference gathers about 2000 people from all over the world.

Process
Resource Alliance asked us to help them share as much as possible the content of the workshops, plenary sessions and presentations happening along the conference to allow all participants to enjoy what emerged even if they didn’t participate in the sessions themselves.

Solution
We put in place several different actions in the spaces of the conference: in the Media City area with chalks on a big structural wall, on panels with which we built a knowledge wall to gather the main themes and finally in a series of digital graphic recordings of specific sessions that have been easily and quickly printed in postcard size and also shared also on social media.
